What we collect
- Orders: name, email, shipping address, order contents and amounts — needed to sell and deliver your toys.
- Accounts: email address, display name, saved favorites and order history, if you choose to create an account.
- Marketing: your email address if you opt in to news and offers. You can opt out at any time.
- Technical: anonymous visit statistics — cookieless on Cloudflare, and Google Analytics cookies only if you consent.
Who processes it
- Stripe — payments and receipts (cards, fraud checks)
- Google — Firebase (account sign-in, favorites, order history) and Analytics (visit statistics, only with consent)
- Cloudflare — website hosting and anonymous analytics
- Shipping carriers — name and delivery address, to deliver your order
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax law. Account data is kept until you delete your account.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Delete your account from youraccount page, or email us and we'll help. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising cookies. The cart, favorites and sign-in state are stored in your own browser because they're essential to the shop working. Optional analytics — Cloudflare (cookieless) and Google Analytics (cookies) — only load after you agree.
