1. About these terms

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout based on your delivery country. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.

3. Orders and delivery

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days and deliver within the timeframes shown on ourshipping page. Delays outside our control can happen; we'll keep you informed.

4. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods (extended to 30 days as our own return policy). Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving.
